I would like to invite you to participate in the Department of Education and Training's Exit Survey.

The survey is designed to capture your views and experiences in relation to working with the Department. Your service with the Department is highly valued and your experiences are important to assist us to address issues important to employees and to improve the Department's workplaces.

All survey responses remain confidential to the research team at Insync Surveys (an independent survey provider for the Department's Exit Survey) and will be aggregated and reported to the Department in such a way that ensures respondents are not individually identified.

If you indicate that you wish to be contacted by a representative from the Department for further discussion or employment, only your name and contact details will be provided to the Department and your survey responses will remain anonymous.
